NOTICE ON REGULATORY APPLICATION TO THE SERVICE
In accordance with Article 6 (3) of the Law on the Providing of Tourist Services, Official Gazette no. 130/17 you can file a written complaint to the service:
– to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org; or
– send by post to PIPO-TRAVEL d.o.o., Rižanska Skupština 48, 52100 Pula or to head office of tourist agency: PIPO-TRAVEL d.o.o., Pomer 75, 52203 Medulin.
The complainant’s complaint against the service will be confirmed in writing and respond in writing to the complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
