- HOW DO I MAKE A TRANSFER BOOKING?

Through our booking service that you find on the web page, or send mail.
- WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BOOKING PERIOD?

Each reservation must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
- IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Booking is possible to change at no additional cost at least 7 days before the day of the transfer.
If you cancelled within the 7 days before arrival, we keep the right to retain the deposit. - CAN I MAKE TRANSFER BOOKING ANYTIME OF A DAY OR NIGHT?

Yes you can, PIPO-TRAVEL have web bookin service 24 hours/day.
- IS YOUR COMPANY LICENSED AND INSURED?

PIPO-TRAVEL is a licensed transfer company. All our vehicles and passengers are fully insured.
- ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES OR HIDDEN COSTS?

No, there are no booking fees or hidden costs, all our prices are all-inclusive (incl. VAT). Additional costs can be expected in case, when your shared transfer is not confirmed due to not enough passengers (minimum conditions for shared transfers) and you’ll be offered other solution – private transfer.
- CAN I ARANGE A RETURN TRANSFER DIRECTLY WITH THE DRIVER?

The most secure way is to book a transfer via our booking system on our web page pipo-travel.hr/salsa-festival or via e-mail travelpipo.info@gmail.com.
- WHAT IF MY TRANSFER STARTS FROM A TERMINAL OUTSIDE CROATIA?

There is no limitations, you can book a transfer starting or ending outside Croatia. If your terminal is not listed on our location list, contact us and we will try to organise a transfer for you.
Before you travel
- DO I NEED TO TIP THE DRIVER?

This is completely your decision. It is customary to give a tip if you feel the service has warranted this, all our drivers are professionals, there to please you well in any case.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED CONFIRMATION

- WHERE THE DRIVER WILL BE WAITING FOR ME WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT?

The driver will be waiting for you at the Arrivals of the airport with a sign showing your name. In case you experience difficulties in locating the driver, you can always call PIPO-TRAVEL which will arrange the meeting immediately.
- WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?

All flights are monitored for delays to ensure your driver will be waiting for you when you arrive. There are no extra charges if your flight is delayed. It is very important, that you inform us about your flight details and hours of arrival/departure.
- WILL ANYONE ELSE BE TRAVELLING IN THE VEHICLE I BOOKED?

This is depending on the service you paid, PIPO-TRAVEL have shared and private transfer services. If you have booked a private transfer, you’ll be travelling alone or with your company.
- WILL I BE DROPPED OFF AT MY ADDRESS/ ACCOMODATION?

Yes, all our services are door-to-door. The driver will take you directly to the address you gave us during the booking, except if your accommodation is in the pedestrian zone. In that case the drop off location will be at Bus station in Rovinj or on the Valdibora parking.

Payment
- WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT?

Payments can be made by valid credit card on the our web service, PIPO-TRAVEL receives all types of credit cards (American Express, Diners, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro), included payment method PayPal.
